Public Offer Agreement

The Seller produces and transfers ownership of the Goods (art prints mounted in frames) configured by the Buyer; the Buyer accepts and pays for the Goods under the terms of this Offer.

Every item is produced individually for a specific order after payment is confirmed. Nothing is stocked.

The Buyer configures the order on the Site (wall size, layout, images, frame colour). Browsing is available without an account; placing an order requires registration by email or sign-in via Google. The Buyer is responsible for the accuracy of the data provided and the configuration shown before payment.

Prices are shown on the Site in Belarusian roubles (BYN) and include VAT unless stated otherwise. Delivery cost is calculated separately and shown at checkout.

Payment is made online via the bePaid payment service (bank cards and ERIP). Card details are entered on the payment provider’s secure side; the Seller never receives or stores card data. A fiscal receipt is issued in accordance with the law of the Republic of Belarus and sent by email or SMS.

Production starts after payment is confirmed; the approximate production time is [SET TIME] business days.

Goods are available for free pickup at a collection point in Minsk, or by courier within Minsk (cost shown at checkout). Risk of loss passes to the Buyer on hand-over to the Buyer or courier.

Because each item is made to the Buyer’s individual order, goods of proper quality are not subject to return or exchange under the consumer-protection law of the Republic of Belarus.

If goods arrive defective, damaged, or materially different from the order, the Buyer may request a replacement or refund as provided by law. Please report defects within 14 days of receipt with photos. We do not cover print-quality issues caused by low-resolution images you upload — minimum resolution is shown during the personalise step.

By uploading an image you confirm you hold the rights to it and grant the Seller a limited licence to reproduce and print it solely to fulfil your order. Unlawful or infringing content is not accepted.

By placing an order you consent to the processing of your personal data as described in our Privacy Policy.

Disputes are settled through negotiation; claims may be sent to [email protected]. Failing agreement, disputes are resolved under the law of the Republic of Belarus.
